Swallows Nest is the slightly larger of the two barns. It sleeps 8 plus an infant, consisting of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a large family bedroom with a double and two single beds, an upstairs bathroom and a downstairs shower room.

Deceptively spacious with vaulted ceilings, galleried landing & floor to ceiling windows, the open plan lounge area offers ample comfy leather seating complete with 40' Flat screen freeview TV & DVD player. The dining area has a large wooden table and chairs which then leads on to the open plan kitchen, with everything you can possibly need including a dishwasher.

There is a washing machine & a second fridge freezer in the utility room & you'll also find a large shower room with toilet and wash basin on the ground floor.

Upstairs off the large galleried landing you'll find three beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom. Bedroom 1 is a huge family room with a double bed, 2 single beds and a cot.
Bedroom 2 is a spacious double bedded room and Bedroom 3 is a lovely single bedroom with an additional pull out bed if required.

With Swallows Nest, you also benefit from having your own private Hot Tub on the outside decked area. Enjoy the great views whilst relaxing in style!
There is an extra charge of £50.00 p/w applicacble for use of Hot Tub, but this is optional.
